We ensure the security of your data by taking the necessary technical and organizational measures and establishing procedural rules that comply with legal and data protection regulations. Your data is protected against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion, or destruction, as well as accidental destruction or damage, and against becoming inaccessible due to changes in the technology used. To prevent unauthorized access to, alteration of, and unauthorized disclosure or use of your personal data, we maintain and operate an appropriate IT and technical environment, ensure the controlled selection and supervision of our service-providing personnel, and establish detailed operational, risk management, and service procedures. The IT system operated by Krisztián Szabó and his hosting service provider protects your personal data against computer fraud, espionage, computer viruses, spam, hacks, and other attacks. Finally, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that since the services mentioned below operate on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn, the current privacy policies of these platforms also apply to the legal relationship between us, which you can access under your profile in the quick help – privacy links section. Krisztián Szabó excludes all liability for the data management of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn, as he has no influence over it. By entering into a contract with Krisztián Szabó or following his pages, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to the current privacy policies of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and you agree to follow them while maintaining your legal relationship with him, registering on his pages, and following his live broadcasts.

Please read our general terms and conditions and our privacy notice carefully. Krisztián Szabó, as a service provider and data controller, submits to the following provisions, which apply to all services/communications published on his website or any online and/or offline marketing materials and/or tools, regardless of how they are accessed by users. We reserve the right to modify these provisions to promote our services and protect your rights. You can monitor these changes on our website.

Please note that by registering, using any service provided by the website, placing an order, subscribing to newsletters, or following Krisztián Szabó’s live broadcasts, you are entering into an online (electronic) contract with Krisztián Szabó, under which you expressly accept the following terms and conditions and acknowledge that you are bound by them concerning the management of your data. You agree to monitor and comply with any changes to the following provisions made by Krisztián Szabó. If a change contains a provision that you no longer wish to accept, please write to us to inform us of your termination of the agreement.

Please note that by doing the above, you consent to Krisztián Szabó taking photographs and/or video recordings of you during trainings, workshops, presentations, events, and live broadcasts and publishing them in PR articles and on social media for the purpose of promoting his activities. The photographs and/or video recordings are the intellectual property of the Contractor and may only be used, reproduced, transmitted, exploited, adapted, etc., by the Contractor.

1. Who is the Service Provider? What is the Subject of the Legal Relationship?

The service provider is KRISZTIÁN SZABÓ, sole proprietor (registered office: 8100 Várpalota Bakony utca 10 3/9; business license number: 39436101; tax number: 66811206-1-39; email addresses: info@szabokrisztian.com; logikafejlesztes@gmail.com; phone number: +36 30 2000407; NAIH reg. no.: 39436101), hereinafter referred to as Krisztián Szabó, and the Chess-Logosz Szabó Kft. (registered office: 8100 Várpalota Bakony utca 10 3/9; company registration number: 19-09-518018; tax number: 25372584-1-19; email addresses: info@szabokrisztian.com; logikafejlesztes@gmail.com; phone number: +36 30 5809582, hereinafter also referred to as Krisztián Szabó). Within the legal relationship established between Krisztián Szabó and any user entitled to enter into such a legal relationship, as defined in these provisions, Krisztián Szabó provides chess-related and business strategy training services both nationally and internationally, through registration via infocommunication tools (Facebook page, email, grouped newsletters, live streaming on YouTube, etc.), as well as chess education, workshops, lectures, private lessons, and event organization (subject of the service), as well as the sale of chess sets created and designed by Krisztián Szabó, primarily used in these workshops, educational materials (e.g., chess pieces, etc.), and books (products).

2. How is the Legal Relationship Established and Terminated?

Please note that Krisztián Szabó’s service does not guarantee any specific outcome, and he does not assume legal or financial responsibility for the success of the services he provides, expressly excluding all liability for compensation. Krisztián Szabó does not guarantee any specific results from the training sessions and does not assume responsibility for any financial, health, or legal consequences. He excludes all liability for any damages arising from the use or malfunction of the Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn pages, or the website, unauthorized alteration of data, delayed transmission of information, damages caused by viruses, software or hardware failures, internet network errors, other technical errors, transmission of data, system failures, and/or any damages caused by users.

If you acknowledge and accept the above and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, please ensure that your child is only registered for any service or product if you are over 18 years of age, legally competent, and capable of entering into a legal relationship (user). Krisztián Szabó excludes all liability if a user is not eligible to enter into a legal relationship or fulfill any legal obligations under the applicable law and/or these provisions.

By voluntarily providing your email address (i.e., by registering for any service/product on our website or following pages), you declare that you accept the privacy policy and general terms and conditions detailed below, which come into effect with your data protection regulations. To use any service or purchase any product from Krisztián Szabó, you must also financially complete the transaction, which you can do by placing an order on the website and using the SimplePay or Stripe payment platforms. Krisztián Szabó does not have access to or collect/process/store the data you provide on these platforms, so please carefully read the information provided by our partners regarding your data protection regulations, as their data protection policy governs the processing, use, and transfer of your personal data. Krisztián Szabó excludes all liability in this regard.

Please ensure that you comply with the applicable laws when using any of Krisztián Szabó’s services, use the community platforms and services as intended, and avoid any activities that are illegal, harm other users, or jeopardize or obstruct others’ intentions, rights, and legitimate interests in using the service. Do not access, publish, or use others’ personal data without their consent. Do not damage the reputation, good name, or intellectual property rights of other users, Krisztián Szabó, or his partners. Please avoid racist, religiously or ethnically offensive, obscene, vulgar, or other expressions that may cause offense to others. Please refrain from making any comments that are insulting, offensive, condescending, or disruptive to others, and comply with the group rules. Krisztián Szabó does not admit users with fake profiles to his closed groups, even if they agree to pay the service fee. Please also refrain from sending unsolicited content to other users, Krisztián Szabó, or his partners, or from sending emails that, due to their size, content, or attachments, could cause harm to other users, Krisztián Szabó, or his partners, or hinder the operation of the closed group. Krisztián Szabó reserves the right to claim compensation and/or demand reimbursement of costs incurred if any user causes damage or hinders the operation of the closed group.

Krisztián Szabó reserves the right to unilaterally terminate any service and/or all of his services without prior notice and to terminate the virtual/online legal relationship with any user without justification or compensation, particularly if the user violates the above provisions. In such cases, Krisztián Szabó is entitled to retain the fee paid by the user as liquidated damages. You may terminate your legal relationship with Krisztián Szabó at the end of the subscribed period (month/other period) without any further obligation. In such cases, please notify Krisztián Szabó via email. Krisztián Szabó requires that the termination/withdrawal rights of the user be exercised in writing. Please note that Krisztián Szabó is not obligated to refund any fees paid by the user upon exercising their termination/withdrawal rights. For any financial transaction, Krisztián Szabó or Chess-Logosz Szabó Kft. issues an accounting document through its automated invoicing system and sends it to your email address. Please note that the accounting document attached to the email is generated by the Számlázz.hu invoicing program maintained by KBOSS.hu Kft. (registered office: 1031 Budapest, Záhony utca 7., company registration number: 01 09 303201, tax number: 13421739-2-41), which complies with the applicable Hungarian legal regulations in all respects. The electronically transmitted invoice meets the requirements of the VAT Act (Act CXXVII of 2007) and the NGM Decree (23/2014 VI.30.), as it includes all the mandatory content specified in Section 169 of the aforementioned law. If you require a printed and signed copy of the invoice, we will send it to you by post. We also undertake to provide the compliance statement of the invoice attached to the email upon your request electronically.

Please note that by ordering a service and/or product, you consent to the transfer of your personal data stored in the database of the data controller, KRISZTIÁN SZABÓ, sole proprietor (registered office: 8100 Várpalota Bakony utca 10 3/9; business license number: 39436101; tax number: 66811206-1-39; email addresses: info@szabokrisztian.com; logikafejlesztes@gmail.com; phone number: +36 30 2000407; NAIH reg. no.: 39436101), and Chess-Logosz Szabó Kft. The scope of the data transferred by the data controllers includes: Name, address, phone number, email address. The nature and purpose of the data processing activities carried out by the data processors are detailed in the SimplePay or Stripe Privacy Notices, which can be accessed at the following links: https://simplepay.hu/adatkezelesi-tajekoztatok/ and https://stripe.com/gb/legal/privacy-center.

3. Your Data Protection!

As stated above, you can only use Krisztián Szabó’s services by providing your email address, name, phone number, and, for financial transactions, your billing details: first and last name/company name, address/headquarters (including postal code, country, county, city, and street address), and tax number (personal data). Please ensure that you provide complete and accurate information that does not infringe on the rights or legitimate interests of others. Otherwise, the website will prompt you to provide the information again. This is also the case if you provide a registered email address that may already be used for another user’s identification. Please note that any personal data provided on our website is considered voluntary by Krisztián Szabó, who does not examine the voluntariness of the data provision separately. Krisztián Szabó considers any data entered on the website to be true and reliable under your civil and criminal liability. At the same time, Krisztián Szabó ensures that any user has the right to request information about the processing of their personal data and to initiate its deletion. Krisztián Szabó excludes all legal and/or financial liability and compensation obligations for any damages resulting from the negligent or intentional actions of users or any misuse of personal data. We ask that you always be mindful of protecting your data and others, choosing, and updating it accurately (keeping it up to date) to avoid misuse.

Please also be aware that, in addition to the personal data you voluntarily provide, Krisztián Szabó only processes those data that are required by law or for which legal grounds exist, as well as those necessary for the use of our advertised services, the sale of products, the enhancement of your user experience, and the proper fulfillment of contractual obligations/services. However, Krisztián Szabó and Chess-Logosz Szabó Kft. do not process data necessary for financial transactions related to service usage (e.g., SimplePay or Stripe), nor do they assume responsibility for processing your personal or other data related to third-party promotions, contests, or other campaigns within the closed group/website, or for the data processing of other websites that can be accessed from our website.

Krisztián Szabó processes personal data related to the legal relationship or electronic connection between Krisztián Szabó and you, the user. Concerning the duration of data processing, Krisztián Szabó processes any personal data from the date of recording until the date of deletion, which is, in the absence of a contrary request, the last day of the fifth calendar year following the date of recording.

Krisztián Szabó has determined that the purpose of personal data processing is to enforce international data protection and confidentiality regulations and other data and confidentiality rules, to ensure that Krisztián Szabó can provide the services and/or sell the products he has contracted to provide in a manner consistent with his obligations and/or that he has always undertaken through the electronic tools he uses. In addition to identifying the person/user, personal data is processed for communication, understanding consumer habits/behavior, improving services, generating traffic statistics, market research, optimizing the website/service delivery, and periodically sending promotional and direct marketing materials. Krisztián Szabó transmits data to third parties anonymously to ensure the legal and contractual fulfillment of his services, reserving the right to collect, store, transmit, copy, record, organize/combine, use, modify, destroy, delete, or block personal data within and outside the European Union. Krisztián Szabó reserves the right to use data processors. If you have any questions or requests regarding your data, such as changing, supplementing, or deleting it, or if you are interested in how your data is processed or have a complaint, please contact Krisztián Szabó or his colleagues at grandmaster@szabokrisztian.com, who will be happy to assist you. Please note that Krisztián Szabó deletes any emails, messages, or data provided on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, or chatbots, including the name and email address of the inquirer and any other voluntarily provided personal data, within a maximum of 2 years from the date of data provision, with the deletion taking place on the last day of the second year after data provision.

4. How Will We Contact You?

By registering, you agree to receive promotional offers (newsletters), electronic messages containing advertisements (emails, push notifications, etc.), and information about current updates, products, promotions, new features, services, etc., in accordance with the applicable direct marketing regulations. If you do not wish to receive these, we will disable the function upon your request, and you will still be able to use Krisztián Szabó’s services without restriction; you do not need to provide a reason. You can also subscribe to our newsletters voluntarily through Krisztián Szabó’s website.

5. Warning

Krisztián Szabó reserves his intellectual property rights concerning the information/data/facts/statements, etc., published on his website and all information/data/facts/statements, etc., provided in any online and/or offline materials published by him. It is prohibited to make copies, record, reproduce, distribute, transmit, download, edit, resell, or publish any of the content found on the website or in online and/or offline marketing materials, whether in analog or digital form. Any commercial or other use of the website/online and/or offline marketing materials without Krisztián Szabó’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Krisztián Szabó warns offenders that any infringement of his intellectual property (trademark infringement, copyright infringement, etc.) will result in legal action, including claims for damages. The minimum compensation for infringement is €1,000 per infringement, in addition to other damages and legal costs.
